We offer sport specific training. Bring you rowing, football, basketball, baseball, soccer, dance team ETC and get great conditioning that CFO trainers can gear towards your strengths and weaknesses! Contact us to set up times that are good for your team!

For our LEO/MIL we understand that your schedules OFTEN change! If you want to set a weekly WOD schedule to be done at CFO with a trainer let us know we will give you a TEAM rate and you will be promised those times each week to get the proper conditioning that our heros need!
